How this app handles your store's data and your shoppers' data.
Bundlr is an app you install on your OpoShop store to run product bundles and bundle discounts. It is published by Found. This policy covers the data the app receives, stores and uses.
When you install the app you grant it access to your store through OpoShop's OAuth. It reads only what it needs to do its job: your store profile and your products. It creates and updates the discount codes that give your bundles their price. It does not read your orders or your customer list, and it never receives your OpoShop password.
For each bundle the app stores what you entered (name, description, price, dates, where it shows) and a copy of the bundled products' names, images, prices and options from your catalog. It also stores your widget settings: colors, logo and wording.
The app does not store names, email addresses or any other personal details of your shoppers. The bundle offer on your store reads the cart in the shopper's own browser to tell whether the whole set is there; that cart content is not sent to the app.
The offer does send the app simple counts: that a bundle was shown, that its button was pressed, that it was added to a cart, and that its discount was applied. These counts carry no shopper identity. They are what the app shows you as each bundle's activity.
The app never sees or stores card or payment details. Payments are handled entirely by OpoShop and its payment processor.
Data is held in this app's own database, scoped per store. One store's data is never readable from another store's session. It is retained while the app is installed. Uninstalling marks the store inactive and stops your bundles from being shown. Email brandon@tryfound.io to have the records deleted outright.
This data is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising. It is not combined across merchants. It is shared only with the infrastructure needed to run the app (hosting and database), and only to deliver the features you turned on.
The app records anonymous product analytics (which features are used and whether an action succeeded) to find bugs and improve the app. These events carry no shopper personal data.
You can request a copy or deletion of any data this app holds for your store, including data belonging to an individual shopper, at brandon@tryfound.io. Requests are actioned promptly.
